Model ZIP-300 Inspection machine is earmarked for PVC, PET adhesive together in prayer after the roll forming pocket packaging materials through the machine re-inspection product files, you can test the print quality, sealing performance, and length specifications of indicators
1. The main motor adopt converter motor, it use vector converter to make it close-circle control, high precision speed.
2.Tension control of unwinding adopts 2.5Kg magnetic powder brake(brand KORTIS).With the tolerance of ±0.5kg
3.Automatic Tension control, accelerate and decelerate, which tension can be make up by inertance.
4.Unwinding adopt 3 inch(74mm) air shaft.
5.The traction steel roller(pressure roller), diameter and width is: 90mm, 320mm, which surface is chromium plated and fine machining.

2. What should we charge for your engineer?

Our engineer is available to go to your country to install the machine for you. Buyer have to bear the charges including round-trip tickets, cost of visa and accommodations .Salary for one engineer is 80USD per day. 

3. How long is your machine's warranty period?

All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished installation
