This "King of thin paper " varnish coating machine specifically for 80 grams of thin paper. Wind knife system controlled by memory type PLC. The whole machine is highly automated, for water-based oil and UV oil varnish coating, the coating is smooth and fine, saves varnish oil and meets the quality requirement. Humanized design uses high piling paper feeder and paper stacker. Increase of efficiency, and save labor intensity. Simple operation, high configuration, mainly equipped with imported electrical and bearings.



1.High-speed paper feeder: The paper feeding table is manually moved up and down rapidly.
Upper and lower limit protector for paper feeding table .
Double sheets or multiple sheets incoming paper inspection shutdown system. Stepless frequency feeding.
Feeder loading table up protection device : A microswitch is arranged at the upper part of the loading table and the feeder head to prevent the paper from rising too high and impact the feeder head.
2.Powder removal mechanism: Can effectively remove paper dust.
3.Laminator: Three roll coating, Coating roller diameter 210mm, Roll paper brake for protecting roller.
4.Infrared lamp box: Constant temperature infrared lamp box, the service temperature can be set according to the Product requirement. It saves power consumption and can quickly dry water varnish. High temperature Teflon mesh belt automatic correction, and with protection.
Ultraviolet lamp box:3 pcs of 8 kw UV tube, Optional switch on from 1 pc to 3 pcs, with special design for light box cooling.
5.Paper stacker (with auxiliary delivery table): delivery in good order, the auxiliary paper delivery table and the automatic paper delivery stacker can be converted and uesd.
