Product Description

LM-350-HCX model full automatic shoe box pasting forming machine is the newest machine from our factory. It adopts PLC control, touch screen interface, photoelectric tracking system, servo control system and automatic pasting system. It reaches to convey cardboard, pasting, folding , forming and finishing paper box etc each parts of the process. The whole process is finished by machine. The production efficiency and the traditional manual raise more than ten times. it is the preferred equipment for paper box manufacturers.
 
Characteristic
1. bottom suction pumping automatic roll. Paper feeding accuracy and stability.
2. optical fiber positioning folding and pasting for pasting error in low.
3. paper servo feeding with front-back pasting for reducing the error which the photoelectric eye exposure cardboard. And pasting with more accurate.
4. The front-back pasting adopts eight-shaped glue guns. Paper box pasting with flat and firm.
5. It adopts frequency linkage speed-adjustable for box forming. No separate adjustment for each parts. It saves the time for machine adjustment.
