Automatic Tape Foam PET Asynchronization Gap Cutting Machine Cutter Sheeter

Functional characteristics:
1. Special design of trepan pin for position fixing
2. Digital control system, we can do second or more die cut
3. Metal die and normal die are workable
4. Auto oil control system, while run out of oil, machine will alarm
5. Adjust the die cut pressure by chance values in the touch screen. And after adjust, we can lock the structure of the board and keep stable die cut pressure.
6. Cutting blade is fixed by blade holder.
7. The cutting station can be micro adjust.

Scope application:
To produce adhesive tape for mobile phone screen frame, roll to sheet cut work together with asynchronous transfer laminate, in this case, we can avoid cutting marks in the inner side of the frame. Die cut station is used for cut inner frame, reduce the working process, and avoid cutting marks. For PET double side adhesive tape, the min. joint gap is 0.03mm, for foam tape, the min. joint gap is 0.1mm.

Before cutting, it is continuous tape, then we remove original liiner at the bottom shaft. 


And unwind a new liner, and cut the tape onto new liner, for the final product, between each 2 tapes, there is a gap. Such gap can avoid tape stick to each other again.
