A. Machine structure
This machine make by weld, change characteristic of the heavy and rough, wallboard make by middle steel board or HT200, solid and durable.
B. up and down die cut roller
  Up and down roller is important spare part, up die cut roller surface is nylon material.Down die cut roller is steel ,it can not be moved.
C. Die cut gap adjustment structure
Down die cut roller can not movement, To adjust the up roller change the distance with the down roller .across adjustment pulley cone, screw -and-nut, sliding sleeve to movement the up roller up and down
D. Belt transmission structure
It is a transfer agencies for feeding plate into the die-cutting axes ,there are same set of mechanism on both sides of the bottom die-cutting axes which including two main drive shaft and two driven shaft.
E. Belt tension structure
Each set belt transmission have one set belt tension structure, embody in the driven shaft of two side of the machine , driven shaft make with  bearing and box together ,box fixed in bracket ,and can slide in support plate groove, so the belt was tensioned.
F. Manual operate the machine
The structure except operate the machine ,and have the insure intention, push the green button ,( Suppose of A)belt will reverse direction turn ,arrive at other side , collision travel switch, the electric power will turn off , the machine will stop work , button A lost the function ,only push of green button of the another work table, machine will return to work, so have the insurance function.

1. Electric control

Distribution board installed the inside of machine ,after turn on the power ,the machine will working ,the red and green button of the machine two side is manual control button, in the middle of machine have one main switch ,it have three shift position, any position ,the manual switch can come into force ,can convenient operation. when use the manual operation, main switch shift position in left or middle is normal operation ,if the shift position in right, the machine have the free function, belt feeding the plate repeat operation, the time of the plate get the top the work table can adjustment according to the worker speed from 0-10 second.
The way of adjustment: open the switch board , on the time delay relay have black button, white line sign appoint number is the delay time.
