Function And Characteristic:
CQT-700 Gap cutting machine adopts double servo motors (Schneider, France), four synchronization, the dragging precision can be +/_0.05mm%, The host adopts brake motor, imported from Japan. Work together with Mitsubishi vector transducer, which make sure machine can work stable both under lower speed and fast speed. Max feeding width is 720mm, the max size of the die is700*50mm, it can be used for cut simple shape products. It can avoid waste material.

Scope of Application:
It is cut for narrow special shape double sided adhesive tapes. Main used for display of laptop, TV etc. Gap cutting, and avoid wastage material. The product is once forming, which is helpful to lower the production cost. And increased the productivity quite a lot.

Before cutting, it is continuous tape, then we remove original liiner at the bottom shaft. 


And unwind a new liner, and cut the tape onto new liner, for the final product, between each 2 tapes, there is a gap. Such gap can avoid tape stick to each other again.

The top shafts are for rewind the trim wastage.
