MQ-930 FLATBED DIE CUTTING MACHINE (WOODEN DIES)
MQ-930 High speed automatic flatbed die cutting machine is the professional equipment in die cutting, creasing, embossing of various kind of normal paper, pe coated paper. It applies to paper cup, paper box, and etc.

It adopts PLC control(micro-computer), touch screen operate, servo motor, frequency converter, automatic counting, pneumatic lock cutting plate, oil lubrication, overload protection, and pneumatic clutch. All of these to make sure the machine at precise positioning, and working stable.
 Pressure Adjusted, can be automatic through the motor to the four sheet by the touch screen. It is convenience to adjust.Lubrication oil circulation, to ensure it runs smoothly and make the machine long lifetime. The oil circuit adds a filter to clear the oil and a flow switch to monitor lacking oil.


Paper feeding by servo motor (YASKAWA, Japan), and the sensor (SICK, Germany) to check the color code of printing to ensure fix the paper position accurately.
The die-cutting frame is locked by 4 piece of cylinder, pneumatic locked. The die-cutting down steel board from Taiwan.
Pneumatic clutch, to protect the machine when start and emergency stop.
The collect table working with sensor, it can stack the paper automatic.
The roll for paper loading, it adopts the hydraulic and it is much stronger.
It is very easy to to change the die.
