PSUV-470/620 Automatic Spot UV Coating Machine is used for both full and spot coating. The spot UV coating is precise and even. It is suitable for spot or full coating on words and graphics in books, advertisement sheets, color paperboard to enhance its dimensional quality and surface protection.
The machine consists of automatic paper feeding unit, coating unit, IR drying unit, UV curing unit and automatic paper stacking unit. It is integrated with photo electricity, mechanics, gas and programmable control. It can work automatically for paper feeding, coating, drying, curing and stacking. It has the advantages of smooth paper feeding, high quality UV coating, high working speed and high efficiency. It can save labor. It is perfect equipment for spot UV coating on the small size of printing material. It is equipped with PLC man-machine interface. It is easy to operate and can provide fault diagnosis. Safety guard device can ensure safety of operator. The main bearings and electrical parts are imported.
1. Feeder: High speed feeding with easy operation & adjustment.
2. Grippers transportation system. Reverse rotating roller UV varnish supplying device can lead to better varnish balancing. Pneumatic varnish pump provides stable varnish supplement.
3. UV curing: Consist of high pressure mercury lamp, mirror reflector, electrical control and cooling exhausting system. It is for curing of UV varnish coating.
4. Stacker: Flipable safety door design is convenient to operate. The fan cooling pressing structure can make delivery in order.
