This machine adopts numerous advanced pneumatic and servo driving processing technology from abroad. After the strict assembly quality control, it has advantage of simple operation and safe reliable.
It could creasing, die cutting and stripping after printing products, such as more than 80g/m² paper, cardboard, corrugated paper below 4mm, pasting paper, laminating paper and so on.
Good quality and design makes machine work stably and safety when machine's speed reach 7500 sheets/h. This machine will provide you to enjoy the comfortable operation and faster return on investment.

1) Sheet Feed Section





1.3 measures prevent feeder from crash.
2. Left-right manual fine adjustment device is applied for paper file.
3. The powerful feeder is equipped with 4 lifting suction cups and 4 carrier suction cups; The directions of suction cups are adjustable according to the paper deformation.
4. Blowers on both sides of the feed system separate the papers for smooth feeding process.

2) Feeder



1. The high-speed feeder is made of lightweight aluminum alloy with anode treatment on the surface.
2. The forward, backward, high and low positions can be adjusted according to the stock: For smooth feeding of thin paper, arge gram cardboard, corrugated paper, ect.

3) Ponching Section



1. The driving gear ensures high speed of die cutting together.
2. The pneumatic locking mechanism and air clutch are fast and stable.
3. The die cutting frame can prevent the die from droopingor separating effectively.

4) Stripping


1. A triple-interlocked-piece waste removal unit that enables effective removal of various types of waste through harmonious and precise operation.
