1.Automatic Deep Embossing Stripping Die Cutting Machine is designed for die cutting,embossing and stripping .It suits for 60-2000 g/m2 cardboard,paperboard,pasting paper, laminating paper and thickness below 4mm corrugated paper, and so on.

2.The machine includes 4 parts:feeder,paper feed section,main motor and delivery section.And it can finish feeding,die cutting,embossing and collecting work cycle automatically.

3.Max 26mm thicken wall has 1000Ton stress-tolerant,makes embossing worke more clear,and effect more better.12 independent heated zones provide 0-200°C temperature,make embossing pattern more variable and higher quality.580Ton cutting pressure makes the pattern more stereoscopic and clear.

4.The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication system.And the swing rod and copper tile are all reworked by hand .we scrap the surface and make it full of criss-cross scrath. the groove hold more oil ,so that machine work more smoothly, and has a  higher and longer precision.

Q1: Do you have stock products to sell?
We manufacture machines in batch. So most of machines have in stock, please check with us before ordering.

Q2: How about installation and training?
Installation and training: If purchaser's engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to
purchaser's factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.

Q3: How about warranty?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or
accidental damage or operator's error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, please
contact us and we will reply you through product's photos and videos to make every detail clear.

Q4:What is your payment?                                    

T/T.30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
