1.Automatic Deep Embossing And Foil Stamping Die Cutting Machine is designed for die cutting,creasing, foil stamping and embossing.It suits for 60-2000 g/m2 cardboard, paperboard pasting paper, laminating paper and thickness below 4mm carton corrugated board and so on.

2.The machine includes 4 parts:feeder,paper feed section,main motor and delivery section.And it can finish feeding,hot foil stamping,die cutting ,embossing and collecting work cycle automatically.

3.The electrical part is provided by main motor,and the 8 servo motors ensure the foil stamping's accurate , fast and orderly work pace.12 independent heating zones provide 0-200°temperature that accomplish the variety and the fastness of the pattern.meanwhile, make the stamping size larger and jump more smoothly. All of these together make the pattern's fastness no bubble, no coking,no drape, unquestionable quality.

4.Max 26cm thickness and Stress-tolerant 1000Ton machine wall , which made by high strength ductile iron. 580Ton work pressure makes the pattern effect more meticulous and clearly.

5.The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication system.And the swing rod and copper tile are all reworked by hand .we scrap the surface and make it full of criss-cross scrath. the groove hold more oil so that machine runs more smoothly and has higher precision.

Q1: Do you have stock products to sell?
We manufacture machines in batch. So most of machines have in stock, please check with us before ordering.

Q2: How about installation and training?
Installation and training: If purchaser's engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to
purchaser's factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.

Q3: How about warranty?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or
accidental damage or operator's error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, please
contact us and we will reply you through product's photos and videos to make every detail clear.

Q4:What is your payment?                                    

T/T.30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
