           The 1400 thermal paper coating machine mainly consists of paper unwinding, blade coaters, hot air drying, paper finishing, calendering and winding. Distributed drive by bariable frequency motor, it has a sim ple strcture, easy operation and maintenance, low broke rate and so on.

3.Machine performance
(1)The machine is controlled by the touch screen; with simple operation,high degree of automation, only need to input the speed, tension and other data, the machine can achieve automatic synchronization control.

(2)It consists of a duplex-reel paper stand and a paper splicer, the stand includes rack, swing arm, rotating worm gear box, safety chucks, air shaft, brake and paper guide rolls, The splicer includes arm, pressing roll, paper cutting knife and guide roll. The new paper reel can be prepared on the rack when machine running.
